Hi Walter, Thank you for helping us find this car, I think we're going to be very happy with it. 1) You were quick to respond to my request for a quote and you were quick to respond to emails. Some other dealers took a really long time to respond, and we basically ended up ignoring them because we were getting much better responses from you and a couple other dealers. 2) You were quick to give me an actual quote when I asked for one. Other dealers avoided giving me numbers, trying instead to get me to set up an appointment. Some simply directed me to their websites. 3) You immediately offered to help find us the vehicle we were looking for given that you didn't have it. Other dealers tried to persuade us to buy different (more expensive) vehicles than what we'd asked for. 4) You offered a competitive price compared with other quotes we got, both for the sportwagen and for our trade-in. 5) Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. Kate was particularly nice to work with, she was able to answer all the questions we had about the vehicles and offered useful pointers on the various systems. Right now the only thing I can say that was a downside to the experience was discussing the extended warranty and protection plans last night. I think this was more a function of the fact that it had already been a long day, and all the excitement of getting the car, etc - we weren't really able to fully appreciate all the details of the various packages and options. We may have to reconsider some of the options we picked while we still have the 30 day cancellation window. I would've appreciated being given some of this information earlier on, so that we could think it over. That being said, it was a minor issue in what was otherwise a very smooth and pleasant process. It was a pleasure to come back to the VW family. My initial dealing with Walter was professional and informative. Rik Donaldson did a fabulous job in listening to what my needs were and guiding my choice to the Jetta. He was very professional, made me feel welcomed at the dealership and the fact that he cared about what I wanted and was able to get me exactly what I wanted sealed the deal… and he made the experience a whole lot of fun! | Salesperson, Matthew Tate, was fantastic... the night the sale was finalized, he wasn't sure that he could get all of the purchased accessories installed by the next day (because of the availability of the items at Day Apollo), but when I arrived the next afternoon to pick up the car, everything was installed (he, or another Day Apollo employee, had driven to another dealership to pick up one of the accessories.)... and the car looked great!

We wanted to pass along our complete satisfaction with our purchase of the 2009 EOS it is such a wonderful vehicle. Our experience with the purchase was fantastic, no pressure none of the usual sales pitches, just straight up front and honest. Rik Donaldson was great, the time he took with my wife and I was above and beyond any past experience with regard to a car purchase. Any time we were there we were greeted in such a friendly manner and each time Gary Desanzo made it a point to say hello.
